September After First Saturday through 3rd weekend in October - 2 night minimum $275/night OR Weekly $1636.25                                              After 3rd weekend October to October 31st - $250/night OR weekly $1,487.50

SUMMER SEASON (1st June week begins last Saturday in May. Last August week ends 1st Saturday in September)
June, July, & August weekly only from Saturday to Saturday - $2,100

WINTER SEASON--Month long stays enjoy 25% off & no taxes or fees! All week long stays enjoy 15% off                                            November 1 – March 31st, 2 night minimum - $125/night OR weekly (15% off) $743.75 April 1st-April 30th $150/night OR $892.50 weekly. 

Additional Fees,

Every guest over 4 is $20/day (Java Hut can accommodate up t 6)

$75 cleaning fee per stay

DOGS WELCOME $75 cleaning charge per stay up to 2 Dogs

5.5% Sales Tax + 8% Room Tax will apply to all rentals

Deposits are required to hold reservations

Should a cancellation occur, a refund of the deposit will be made if the cancellation is at least 3 weeks prior to the date of occupancy.  A deposit refund on cancellations made with less than 3 weeks notice will be made if the unit is re-rented for the same dates.
