SUMMER SEASON 
June, July, & August $1,200 weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

WINTER SEASON November – April 30, 2 night minimum $125/night or weekly $750

Additional Fees,

Every guest over 2 is $20/day

$50 cleaning fee per stay

PETS WELCOME $50 cleaning charge per pet

A 5.5% Sales Tax + 5.5% Room Tax will apply to all rentals

Deposits are required to hold reservations

Should a cancellation occur, a refund of the deposit will be made if the cancellation is at least 3 weeks prior to the date of occupancy.  A deposit refund on cancellations made with less than 3 weeks’ notice will be made if the unit is re-rented for the same dates.  (A $15 processing fee will be withheld from all refunded deposits.)
